-Items must be in new, unused & original condition

-Clearance or sale items

-Items without proof of purchase

-Custom or special-order items are non-returnable

 

3. Return Process

-Contact our customer service at support@felindospaces.co.za to initiate a return

-Provide your order number and a valid reason for return

-Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions

 

4. Return Shipping

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

-We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

-Inspect your order upon delivery

-If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours

-Provide photos and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement

 

6. Installation & movement of items

—Clients must ensure that their space is ready for installation

Clients will be charged for extra work other than what Felindo Spaces agents came for.
